BoldRemind sends you email reminders for dates you care about. Use it fairly, don't abuse it, and we'll do our best to keep it running.
You pick a date, we email you before it happens. Reminders can be one-time or recurring (e.g., yearly for birthdays). Depending on your settings, we can send them in advance or keep sending until you acknowledge them.
Your email address is your identity on BoldRemind. Make sure it's yours. Don't create reminders for someone else's email without their permission.
The free plan is free forever, with the limits listed on our pricing page. Paid plans give you more. Prices may change, but we'll honor whatever you signed up for until your current billing period ends.
Specifically, don't:
If you do, we'll suspend your account.
We try hard to deliver every reminder on time. But we can't promise 100% uptime. Email delivery depends on things outside our control (spam filters, provider outages, etc.). Don't rely on BoldRemind as your only safeguard for anything critical or life-threatening.
Your data is yours. We only store it to run the service. Full details in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
You can leave whenever you want. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can delete your reminders or ask for full account deletion. Paid plan cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
We might update these terms occasionally. If something big changes, we'll email you. If you keep using the service after that, it means you're okay with the new terms.
BoldRemind is provided as-is. We're not liable for missed reminders, email delivery issues, or anything that goes wrong because of them. If you're on a paid plan and something goes wrong on our end, the most we'd refund is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
